My Son is close to Hoi An, Vietnam and boasts to be like
Angkor Wat, but it’s not. It is a project in the making and will be
a wonderful historical site one day. Sadly, much of the destruction to this
property was caused during the Vietnam War. UNESCO and Italian investors teamed
up and are working to restore My Son to the grandeur it once was.
