Dream come true: I AM A MILLIONAIRE! As a Westerner in Laos,
I literally am. It’s funny going to the ATM to withdraw 1,000,000 Kip
(~$125USD). I’ve enjoyed being able to afford some nice amenities that I usually don't get in America, such as resort-style pools and massages. Although slightly more expensive than Thailand, Laos
was still cheap from a Western standpoint.
